三目暗場金相顯微鏡WYJ-100BD采用優(yōu)良的廣闊遠光學系統(tǒng)與多功能、模塊化的設計理念，帶有偏光裝置、暗場裝置，可實現(xiàn)偏光觀察、暗場觀察等功能。緊湊穩(wěn)定的高剛性主體，充分體現(xiàn)了顯微鏡操作的防振要求。符合人機工程學要求的理想設計，使操作更方便舒適，空間更廣闊。適用于薄片試樣的金相、礦相、晶體、硅片、電路基板、FPD等結構分析和研究，或用于觀察材料表面特性，如：劃痕、裂紋、噴涂的均勻性等分析研究。是金屬學、礦物學、精密工程學、電子學、半導體工業(yè)、硅片制造業(yè)、電子信息產業(yè)等觀察研究的理想儀器?？偡糯蟊稊?shù)：50-1000X
